Returns and Refunds
Each hoodie is made to order through our production partner, so we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing, color preference, or change of mind. Please review our Size Guide before ordering to help select the right fit.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo showing the issue. Once reviewed, we'll send a replacement or issue a refund - no return shipment required.
Wrong Size Ordered
Replacement for an incorrectly ordered size is offered at our discretion outside of defect or damage cases, since each item is produced to order. Please check our Size Guide carefully before purchasing.
